Lowry for House District 26

       My name is Andrew Lowry, and I am running for West Virginia House of Delegates in District 26. As a proud Barboursville native, I, as well as my family have lived here for decades. My decision to run for public office is based on my dissatisfaction with many of the issues my opponent has voted on during his time in the state legislature. It is my firm belief that his decisions on many bills have caused more harm than good for our state and community.

       If elected, my top priorities are to introduce legislation that would allow municipalities to control data center approvals, repeal the state's Certificate of Need law, ensure clean drinking water for our residents, support income tax cuts, support government accountability and transparency, and to uphold our constitution.
